The Fellowship

The Global Youth Action Fellowship is a transformative journey from learning to implementation. It is designed for young leaders who are serious about creating change – not just in theory, but in practice. We combine intensive training with real‑world action, ensuring that every participant emerges with the skills, confidence, and concrete results to drive community impact.

Phase 1: Pre-Fellowship

Duration: 1 month. This phase is about readiness – ensuring that every participant has the professional presence, community understanding, and project clarity to hit the ground running. You will:

  • Optimize your LinkedIn and professional portfolio to attract opportunities.
  • Identify a real community problem and draft a compelling project proposal.
  • Connect with peers and mentors from around the world, building a global network.
  • Build the leadership mindset needed for community action, with a focus on accountability and resilience.
✓ 80 fellows completed Pre-Fellowship – setting the stage for action.

Phase 2: Fellowship

Duration: 6 weeks. This is where ideas become action. You will refine your project, engage stakeholders, implement your initiative, and document the results. By the end, you will have:

  • A fully designed project with a Theory of Change, stakeholder map, and clear objectives.
  • A validated implementation plan, including budget, timeline, and risk mitigation.
  • On‑the‑ground implementation experience with adaptive management and monitoring.
  • A final impact report and a portfolio‑ready project that can attract funding and support.
🎯 From learning to measurable impact – you leave with a legacy, not just a certificate.
